Roach Doctor Review – Does it Actually Work?

By John

Welcome to my Roach Doctor review.

Some of you are wondering if this really works or even if it’s worth buying.

When it comes to roaches, sometimes we have to try the many products as not all are created equal.

A lot of buying and trying must be done before you make the call to have a professional take care of the problem

We all have roach problems and sometimes we even think that there’s nothing we can do about it.

Then we have the ten million roach killing products out there and we all know that most of them don’t work.

With the many good reviews, will Roach Doctor be the solution?

Or is there something better?

So before you go buying yourself a “shot” of Roach Doctor, let’s see what you are getting and if it is in fact worth the price.

Roach Doctor Review – Product Overview

Roach Doctor was created by Bulbhead, who has created other As Seen on TV awesomeness like the Pocket Hose and the Egg Sitter Gel cushion.

This very product of theirs has been around for many years and has a very solid reputation.

However, what might work for some has not worked for others and that is why I want to explain why such a thing happens.

Then you have the dilemma of calling in the pros so that they can spray their little juices all over the place.

Having you wonder just how save it really is.

Then there’s something like the Roach Doctor.

Some gel-filled syringe that has you squirting in little areas of your house.

Have some roaches take the bait so they can feed it back to Joe’s apartment and voila!

Your roach problems are gone forever.

That’s how we hope things worked but I’m sure none of you have roach free houses thanks to things like drains and sewer lines.

Now within the household, you can actually contain them, if you use the right product.

Will Roach Doctor be that product?

Let’s dig a little deeper to see what this thing can really do.

Does Roach Doctor Work?

kills-roaches

There is a very fine line between what works and what should be done.

Before you call in the exTerminator, let’s see what Roach Doctor can provide as far as what “works”.

After applying a few drops around our house, I was actually really impressed.

Within a couple of hours, roaches were flipped over and were ready to be taken away on a stretcher.

But just like every other product I’ve tried, the roaches will most likely come back after a couple of months.

With this thing called living, it’s really impossible to get rid of roaches completely.

You need to understand that these fellas live in sewers and they can make their way up your pipes whenever they feel like it.

At the very least, you can bet that the ones that do come out trying to munch on some crumbs will be taken out with Roach Doctor.

The Price

For two tubes of Roach Doctor it is going to cost you $19.99 + $9.99 for shipping and handling.

You can also get a 4 pack for around $40.

For what this product can do, I think it is worth it.

It’s either this or have Mr. roach killer come over so you can pay a lot more and have to deal with chemicals.

Then there’s always the option of letting these roaches continue to cohabitate with you and your family.

If you can afford it, definitely get yourself a pack of two so you don’t have to see one of your friends hanging around your kitchen sink when you wake up for a glass of water.

Before You Buy

Getting rid of roaches or at least containing them is only half the battle.

Before you go spending any money, there are several things you need to know, understand and expect.

Without the proper knowledge, you might end up with more problems than when you first started.

Understanding Roach Doctor

Roach Doctor is a gel, correct?

What ends up happening is your little friends will then carry this gel and spread it within their community to eventually get rid of them.

Do keep in mind that these guys will have to travel (by roach foot) to make their way back to the colony.

Along this journey comes the contact of roach germs and Roach Doctor that will eventually make contact with stuff in your house.

So inside those drawers come the little roach feet walking all over your silverware and other utensils that you will use to deal with what you eat.

What I do recommend is washing everything upon use, so that you are at least on the safe side of things.

I’m no doctor nor am I a roach specialist.

So if I were you, I wouldn’t take any chances.

Use of the Product

just-a-dabThere is a right and wrong way to use Roach Doctor.

The right way does two things.

One, it gets rid of your problem and two, it keeps everyone in your household safe.

Please follow instructions and use the product the way it is supposed to be used.

All you need is a 1/4 diameter dab per area that you want to treat.

So don’t go overdoing things and wasting something as all you need is a little drop.

Spread that out in the area you want to treat and the gel will do its job.

And I’m sure you don’t want to waste any of this magic juice either.

This Product is Intended for Indoor and Outdoor Use

Roach Doctor can be used in or outside your house but of course it will be more effective if used inside.

Although it can be used for both, I recommend you use it inside instead.

Outdoor roaches are a lot crazier and I’m not too sure if Roach Doctor can handle such a tough job.

You also need to know that this product is most especially for German roaches.

I am no roach expert but I am guessing that these roaches are the same roaches that we all see running around every now and then.

Then again, I’ve had a much smaller breed pop up in our car recently but that one was easily combated with some good old Roach Motels.

Roaches Will Be Roaches

I don’t care where you live or how neat you think you are, roaches are the most stubborn little critters that will never go away.

What else do you expect for a bug that has been around since Little Foot used to roam the Earth.

Once you have treated the area and the solution has done its job, you can expect to see a bunch of dead roaches all over the place.

Some of you might not want to touch them but you still want to get rid of them properly.

Don’t go leaving them laying around because as small as they are, they will be around for a long time even after they’ve died.

Final Verdict: Legit

I give Roach Doctor two thumbs up and think that it is definitely worth the buy.

You can also try some Advion or an even cheaper alternative, which might work just fine.

So think about the size of your problem and do shop accordingly.

If your problem isn’t as big as most people, you’re probably fine with the regular old Combat Max that you can get for less than $10.

Now if you want to get rid of the roaches without having to worry, some Roach Doctor is all you need.

I hope this Roach Doctor review has been short but straight to the point enough for you as I don’t like to spend too much time on them.
