The Weber Genesis 2 is a grill that is great for any outdoor cooking enthusiast that doesn’t mind spending a bit of money to support their hobby.
There is no getting around the fact that this isn’t a cheap grill and that might be a huge factor for anyone in the hunt for a new grill.
In fact, it is a whole lot more expensive than most charcoal alternatives, but if you want a nice gas grill that is loaded with plenty of user friendly features than there really is no beating this unit.
Of course, if you do prefer a charcoal grill then this natural isn’t going to be the right product for you as it all depends on how you like to cook your food.
This is something of a luxury grill that starts quickly and has a lot of user friendly features that some people will prefer while others would just as readily do without.
In other words, if you grill a lot, and love premium features, you will get your money’s worth here.
If you don’t, you might want to consider something a little bit simpler and more economical.
How It Works
It’s pretty simple, especially if you have ever owned a gas grill before, you already know how this unit works (at least more or less.).

To Buy or Not to Buy?
That is the question, isn’t it?
Grilling is so subjective that it is difficult to make a definitive recommendation for everyone.
Instead, I can only say this: the features on this grill are very choice.
The function of the unit itself is also more than adequate.
The burners ignite easily, the grating is simple to clean, and the cooking surface gets plenty hot, so you don’t need to worry about the inconsistencies that accompany lower end gas grills.
Price and personal preference are ultimately going to be the deciding factors here.
If you like a more rugged grilling experience with open flames that you created yourself, you might be better off with a charcoal grill.
The same is true if you are trying to save money.
