So I came across another infomercial and I guess it was time to finally do a Better Brella review after finally giving into yet another advertisement.
This product has crossed my screen too many times and I finally found the “need” to get one and ultimately give you all a better understanding of what this product is really worth.
Just like a lot of you, I’m a real sucker when it comes to As Seen on TV products and this has been under my radar for quite some time now.
Although overly exaggerated you can’t help but love these commercials.
It does make you wonder if in fact these products are even any good.
For the most part, it’s really been 50/50 as to what works and what doesn’t which doesn’t make things any easier.
In need of an umbrella, we resorted to this bad boy.
Is it really the better umbrella or is it another As Seen on TV flop?

Product Overview
The Better Brella is another As Seen on TV product that works the total opposite way a normal umbrella would.
With its reverse-open technology the umbrella opens in reverse which has it fold into itself rather than what you would normally do when closing a “normal” umbrella.
It opens and closes away from you so the wet side will never touch you and that is their claim to fame.
It uses a double sided canopy design with a high quality locking mechanism that will keep it in place that can withstand winds of 50mph +.
That I have yet to try since I don’t encounter winds that strong.
What I Liked
I really like the fact that this thing is actually holding up to what it claims to do.
I mean, that’s why we bought this thing in the first place.
It’s also pretty sturdy and will not break tomorrow if that’s what you’re thinking.
Now whether it will last for many years to come, only time will tell.
I also liked the price as it is very much affordable and won’t have you saving your lunch money just to own one.
Overall, it is a quality product with a very unique design that I’m sure will have your family and friends asking you where you got it from.
There aren’t many complaints about the Better Brella and I’m going to agree that this is an exceptional buy that you can make if you are still on the fence of purchasing one.

The price for the Better Brella is forever changing and you can find it at your neighborhood Walmart for around $19.99.
However, the designs are very basic and they usually run out really fast.
You can purchase it online if you want more options.

Surprisingly, this is something that I really like and I’m sure you will too. Rarely do I praise products, but I do believe this deserves some credit as it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
Is the Better Brella Really Better?
For what it’s capable of doing, I’m going to have to give this two thumbs up and say that this works way better than a regular umbrella.
For the price, you won’t lose sleep over it and there isn’t much on the line if you do end up going back to your regular old umbrella.
Better Brella Alternatives
There are actually many different makes and models other than the Better Brella if you aren’t comfortable with the As Seen on TV version.
We all know that this is a pretty crafty invention now it’s really all a matter of choosing one that you would actually carry around.
Amazon.com has a really wide selection which I’m sure you can find to be pretty interesting, so you might want to check it out for yourself.
The designs are seen through the bottom so that’s another cool factor in case you were still unsure about pulling the trigger.
I think the Better Brella is definitely one to consider and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
No buyer’s remorse here.

Do you think it’s worth it?
Because I definitely think so.
I haven’t used an umbrella in a long time. All of mine are the big golf type and I need one for simple things like going to the supermarket. I think this is it!
What I want to know is if this umbrella lasts? Has anyone had theirs more then a year?
The one downside I’ve encountered is that the tips of the ribs on our inverted umbrella extend past the center post when closed, so if…when…someone isn’t careful and bump it on the ground (closed) in a cane-like fashion the way you do with regular umbrellas, the rib tips bend (and then break).
-> Not sure if it’s the same brand of inverted umbrella. Could be a knock off & of lesser quality.
Got it as a gift. Kids had it a time or two and now have to replace it since 3 of the tips have broken. And can’t totally blame the kids; I would leave it handle up in the corner w/ my cane, not realizing this design element.
Take a close look at whatever you’re buying to see of the ribs extend past the center post when closed.
Loved it otherwise.
