Magic Jack Review – Will It Really Save You Money?

By John

If you are anything like me, there is a good chance you have seen your fair share of infomercials on late night TV.

Weather you’re up late with the kids or just getting caught up on some office work from home, you’ll more than likely have your television on after midnight uub9sa1.

This guarantees you’ll see some serious product advertising.

Side note: Click here to see some hilarious infomercial Gifs!

A few of these products, however, are actually rather useful!

What Magic Have I Found?

One of these crazy awesome gizmos is known as “Magic Jack.”

You’ve probably seen it lumped in between the HD sunglasses and the miracle cleaning products…

Basically, it boils down to a phone that uses the internet (also known as VOIP) for service while using your computer for hardware.

This little product is a miracle!

If you don’t have time for expensive land lines and big phone company hassel, this little beauty will more than make up for your somewhat archaic need to be tethered to home.

Now, don’t get me wrong, sometimes you NEED a landline, but with today’s everyday use of cell phones, that need is becoming less and less.

Honestly, I only use a landline for when I have a babysitter with my daughter. It’s also a backup for when my cellphone dies or if there is an emergency and we cannot find the cell phones.

The fact is, we DO need land lines, and we likely always will.

So, what’s a Guy to do?

Magic Jack! It uses your own already existing phone ports and utilizes them like an internet service provider instead of a phone line.

Now it’s all very scientific, but basically it works like this…

Do you remember dial up? Yeah? Well, that’s pretty much it, but with high speed internet instead of an old computer screaming at you. There is no (absolutely no!) complicated setup or installation. Just sign up for the service, purchases your own personal affordable device, plug it in, and you’re on your way.

And the prices are outrageously affordable as well!

I use MagicJack Go and it’s $59.95 for your first year, then $35 per year after.

Of course you get free voicemail, free call forwarding, unlimited minutes and there’s an app for your smartphones.

The other products from Magic Jack are:

MagicJack Go: magicJackGO is a home phone replacement service that provides free local & long distance phone calls to mobile phones and landlines in the US and Canada.

All you need is high–speed Internet and any landline phone.

Also, make your smart home smarter, download the free magicApp and set your home phone to ring on the go. magicJackGO paired with magicApp is perfect for small business owners and freelancers.

MagicJack Express:

Magicjack App:

Power Bank:

It’s that easy.

The Downsides to VOIP.

If you are having internet connection issues, then, yes, of course you are going to experience a loss of your phone as well.

And, it’s true that, just like your internet, if your connection is slowed (or again, down completely) due to storms or other factors, you may need a secondary line.

Personally, I use my cell phone. With the MagicJack App, no matter what is up with my internet or power, I’ll never miss a call.

So, people, don’t dismiss the many uses of this product. In my opinion, the MagicJack is definitely one late night infomercial product worth looking into.
